OTSEGO COUNTY, MI - The Otsego County Democratic Party has recently awarded scholarships to two deserving seniors from Johannesburg-Lewiston High School. Serena Hogle and Elizabeth (Lizzy) Halbert were recognized for their outstanding essays and received $1000 and $500, respectively.
